What this site is
Kerala Homes is a plain reference to residential projects on the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority register. It currently covers 796 registered projects from 346 promoters: 611 apartments, 109 villas, 68 plotted developments, 8 residential buildings. Every number on every page — the promoter, the unit count, the project area, the survey numbers and the declared completion date — is taken from that project's own K-RERA filing, not from a brochure or a listing portal.
What it deliberately does not show
Kerala RERA does not publish prices, BHK configurations or amenity lists. Those are marketing inputs, not regulated disclosures, so this site does not state them. If you see a price quoted for any of these projects elsewhere, it comes from the seller and the regulator has not verified it. Project sizes here run from 1 to 907 units (median 33), with declared completion dates from 2014 to 2036.
Before you pay anything
A RERA registration number means the project is on the register. It is not a quality rating, and it is not a guarantee that the declared completion date will be met — promoters can and do file extensions. Always open the project's record on rera.kerala.gov.in, read the sale agreement, and see the land yourself.
